Tree 21 Limited is a tree survey and consultancy company, founded in 2012 by Mike Wood L4 Dip Arb. Mike has over 28 years’ experience in the industry, with the first 10 years as a Tree Surgeon and 15 + years as a surveyor and consultant.

We quickly understand the details of any potential site, of any size and can provide expert advice and services following an initial free consultation. Our services range from pre-acqusition and an understanding of likely tree constraints all the way through to the dischange of planning conditions relating to trees. we can support your team all the way.

Tree Safety, Risk & Condition

We offer several efficient services to help Duty Holders and Landowners meet their Duty of Care under the Occupiers Liability Acts 1957 & 1984 and the Health & safety at Work etc. Act 1974. We provide robust and dependable tree surveys  & reports, policies and stretegies to help manage trees which have the potential to cause harm to staff, site visitors and others or damage staff, third party or client owned buildings, cars, equipment, infrastructure, landscape etc. We are happy to discuss and advise on your requirements.

Statutory Constraints Advice

We provide appraisal, advice, reports, applications and and agent services for works to trees covered by Tree Preservation Orders. We can also submit the relevant notice for works to trees within Conservation Areas on your behalf.
